Prenatal Yoga

Service Description
Join a community of moms in our new prenatal yoga series! This class will meet weekly and renews each month with enough participants. No yoga experience is required, and contraindications for all 3 trimesters are considered so it is a safe and effective practice for all. Unlike all other classes at Loft Yoga, this class is NOT heated. We will practice conscious breathing techniques and simple yoga postures to ease the aches and pains of pregnancy while also preparing the body for delivery. Please bring any items that will make you comfortable during class including snacks and drinks! The studio does have mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. Brittany Loftus is a RYT 500, and during her own pregnancy with her daughter attended a prenatal yoga teacher training and received certification in 2017. She is passionate about moms and believes that pregnant women are an underserved demographic. Thank you for allowing her to share her passion with you.
