Service Description
Take your practice up a notch with Power Vinyasa, a practice that emphasizes strength, flexibility and stamina. This vinyasa-style class is taught at a quicker pace, moving from one pose to the next with less time spent during the transitions. Be prepared to build endurance, build core strength, and melt away stress in this fun and dynamic class! Room is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees with moderate humidity. Please bring your own yoga mat, hand towel, and water however all are available at the studio for no charge.

Cancellation Policy
If something comes up, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to give other students the opportunity to practice. You can cancel via your online account or the WIX Spaces App. Students who no show (outside of an emergency) will be charged a class punch or a drop-in fee. No shows are not tolerated. Please make sure you can attend before you register.
