Service Description
This class is suitable for both new yogis and seasoned practitioners alike! This practice will be a set sequence including vinyasa and foundational yoga postures, allowing for repeated practice of certain asanas. Props will be utilized and different variations of yoga postures will be offered depending on each student's level and ability. Class is 75 minutes and includes relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, hand towel, and water however all are available at the studio for no charge.
