Join Brittany Loftus, 500 HR RYT and Stephany Gholston, RD and 200 HR RYT for a weekly 1-Hour Class including group discussion of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating. Each week we will discuss a principle of intuitive eating with a Registered Dietitian and have group discussion on applying the principle in real life. This course is designed for those that want to ditch the diet mentality and build a healthy relationship with food much in the way yoga teaches us to build a healthy relationship with our body and mind. In 2023, we will support each other through the holiday season so we can be present and enjoy celebrations with friends in family. In 2024, we'll stand strong together to avoid falling victim to fad diets that harm our mental and physical health. This class takes place weekly and runs the last 6 weeks of 2023 and first 6 weeks of 2024. Students must commit to the entire 12 weeks. Save money by purchasing all 12 classes upfront, or pay weekly as you attend. No refunds will be given once session starts. Scholarships are available.
Once session begins (November 22, 2023) NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations. In order for you to be successful in this course, your attendance is required for all sessions.
