Service Description
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional, and physical relaxation. It is often translated as "Yogic Sleep" however it is actually deep relaxation with inner awareness. In this class, we will begin with a brief yoga asana practice to prepare the body to lie comfortably on our backs for 60 minutes. While in savasana you will be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Class is suitable for all-levels of practitioners. However, Yoga Nidra is not suitable for children, anyone who cannot lie on their back, or if you are coughing, sneezing, or have a sinus condition. Yoga Nidra may also not be suitable for those processing recent trauma. Bring any items to aid in your comfort, including a mat, pillow, blankets and bolsters. Lavender eye pillows are provided for all students and limited props are available. Please contact Brittany before you book with questions at info@loftyogastudio.com. Cancellation Policy
If something comes up, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to give other students the opportunity to practice. You can cancel via your online account or the WIX Spaces App. Students who no show (outside of an emergency) will be charged a class punch or a drop-in fee. No shows are not tolerated. Please make sure you can attend before you register.
