Service Description

Join us for a monthly donation-based workshop the first Saturday of every month! Each month we will tackle your most commonly asked questions in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. This class will be conversational, with demonstrations and assists to help each student find the posture that best fits their body. Room will not be heated and coffee will be provided. This class is free with the opportunity to make a donation to Loft Yoga's Scholarship Fund. This fund is used to make studio membership affordable to all members of our community. If donating, please be cash, check (made out to Loft Yoga) or Venmo. Upcoming Schedule: July 6th: Demystifying the vinyasa. In our first session we'll tackle the transition between plank, chaturanga, upward-facing dog, and downward-facing dog as well as the postures and variations suitable to all levels of practitioners. August 3rd: Finding our foundation in the Standing Postures. September 7th: Balancing Postures. October 5th: Arm Balances November 2nd: Getting upside down with Inversions. December 7th: Backbends & Forward Folds.
