Service Description

Gentle Flow is an ideal yoga class for new students and those returning to the practice after an illness or injury who need to take their yoga practice at a slower pace. This class also provides balance to our more intense vinyasa-style offerings, so even the more advanced practitioner can benefit from slowing down. We will move intentionally with the breath and practice simple transitions between the postures. Props including the wall, blocks, and straps will be utilized. Questions are encouraged to ensure students understand the instructions and are able to practice the poses to their capacity. Every class includes conscious breathing exercises and ends with deep relaxation. Room is heated to 85 degrees. Please bring your own yoga mat, hand towel and water however these items are available at the studio for no charge. Note this class is not chair yoga and students will need to be able to get up and down to the floor independently and in a safe manner.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance to give other students the opportunity to practice. You can cancel via your online account or the WIX Spaces App. Students who no show (outside of an emergency) will be charged a class punch or a drop-in fee. No shows are not tolerated. Please make sure you can attend before you register.
