You’re in the right place! Yoga improves self-confidence by reconnecting you with your body. The postures ease aches and pains while also creating a mental stillness that aids in relieving stress and anxiety.

If you’ve been looking for a low impact way to build stamina, while increasing strength and flexibility – you’ve found it.  My classes will challenge you while also teaching you to respect your body.

Loft Yoga is not your typical yoga studio. All classes are taught by one teacher, and yoga practitioners are encouraged to commit to their practice in order to see real results. Join us for weekly Warm Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga for Strength!
